Having quality instructors for classes is very important and essential to a well run dojo. To keep quality and consistency in teaching (techniques, methods, classes, etc.) we have created a “Basic Instructors Leadership Course” program at Kiryu Aikido. This class will focus on the three important aspects of teaching:
• Teaching Skills
• Organizational Skills
• Communication
• Administration
And also focus on the core values of a great instructor (Attributes (BE), Skills (KNOW), Actions (DO). With this Kiryu Aikido can provide top level classes in all levels to enhance the enjoyment and learning of it’s students.
